Twelve Local returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 30 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.

When returning goods by mail, please ensure that you fill in and enclose the return form, and put the attached return sticker on the box for address info. The returns form will be enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one or lost it, please contact us. Please make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. Retourzendingen

Je mag je bestelling om wat voor reden dan ook binnen 30 dagen na bestelling retourneren, mits het product ongedragen en onbeschadigd is.

Bij de retourzending blijft de verantwoordelijkheid bij de klant, totdat het pakketje bij ons magazijn is afgeleverd. Het bewaren van volggegevens wordt dan ook zeer aangeraden.
